The main part of the room was refurbished and bed was comfortable. Location is unbeatable.Exit M6 is just next to the hotel entrance. However, if you are carrying heavy luggage, you can take the lift at Exit Z4 which is quite near to the hotel too. Room is of a good size and view is nice(right opposite the Taipei Main Station.

The toilet is ancient and looks like it has not been reburbished since the 70s. Totally different from the rest of the room. Staff is not very friendly. The staff (an elderly man) INSISTED on carrying our luggage although we wanted to do it ourselves and actually waited for tips. Really hated this. Felt I was forced to give tips.Hotel should stop staff from doing this.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean with a good view of the Taipei Main Station. The hotel also gave us a free upgrade of our room. The location of the hotel was very accessible and connected to the Taipei Main Station.

The room had a dead cockroach inside the wardrobe.

Excellent location , value for money and pleasant stay

Location is excellent, very convenience. Many good restaurants and eateries everywhere , either within walking distance or just a few train stops away.

Lift very slow and crowded, too many people as lifts are shared with very busy commercial floors with restaurants etc.., out of the MRT train from airport, it is much easier to get up directly to the main Train hall at ground floor and cross the road, it is straight forward and least walking(provided it is not raining), If raining can go via the underground shopping street and exit via M6, just prepare to walk a bit more and need to climb a few stairs along the way, Alternatively can also take the lift near to exit Z2, exit from ground floor and walk 25meters .

Convenient and clean place!

Location is very convenient as train station is walkable from B1 of hotel. Very pleasant that my first day stay we got a free upgrade - very good experience as the room was very clean, comfortable and there was additional sofa and toilet was very spacious and clean. The second time we came back few days later for a day stay, we had the normal room whereby room is more spacious but toilet was really small and has an odour from the toilet bowl. It was just a night stay so we made do with it. Otherwise bed is very comfortable and location is great with many food places around.

Bed is very comfortable but pillows are too soft and flat.

Vibrant location and comfortable stay made it a very enjoyable break.

We loved its location with popular food outlets within walking distance. The Palace Museum and Shilin Market were short taxi rides away. Best of all we could easily get to the hotel from Taoyuan Airport because the hotel was connected to the underground pedestrian walkway via basement link.

The bathroom vanity was at a very low height and caused water from the sink to drip to the floor while using it. Water from the shower also got splashed on the floor. It was very slippery and dangerous at times.
